Rules of conduct for hikers and bikers

1 - The trails generally may be traveled only on foot from sunrise to sunset

2 - It is forbidden to collect or damage plants, soil, rocks, minerals and fossils

3 - It is forbidden to pick mushrooms and woodland products

4 - Do not stray from the marked trails

5 - Use extreme caution along the ridges and in other exposed parts

6 - Wear appropriate clothing and shoes

7 - Do not light fires and prevent any risk of fire

8 - Do not dump waste along the trails (not even cigarette butts) 

9 - Do not make bothersome noises

10 - Do not disturb wildlife

11 - Keep dogs on a leash 

12 - Do not damage artifacts and signs

13 - Respect the homes, crops and other activities of those living and working in the reserve

14 - Report to the management any situation that might require action 

 

FOR LOVERS OF MOUNTAIN BIKE

In addition to the standards listed in the previous paragraph, MTB users are required to:

a. wear the helmet always fastened;

b. make sure that the mountain bike is in efficient mechanical conditions;

c. commensurate speed to their personal skills, visibility and route conditions, in order to avoid creating danger for themselves and others;

d. give way to hikers, to be warned of their arrival verbally or by acoustic device.
