Agriturismo I Casali del Trebbiolo is located a short distance from Fiesole, near the Catena Pass on the Via degli Dei path. The farmhouse consists of 30 rooms divided among 4 farmhouses, Valdese, Loggia, Tinaia and Burraia, which form a small hamlet. Both rooms and apartments have been renovated respecting their typical features, some have old wooden beamed ceilings and original florentine terracotta floors, in perfect rural tuscan style. We have apartments with kitchenette, large standard and superior rooms, furnished with all comforts and each with its own private bathroom, all with beautiful views of the valley or the meadows surrounding the house. Trebbiolo's swimming pool is a short walk from the farmhouses, surrounded by olive trees and the vegetation that covers that part of the land. Farmhouse guests can take advantage of it to relax and cool off on hot summer days, swimming or sunbathing accompanied by a poolside aperitif. The pool is heated so it can be accessed at any time of the year. The restaurant offers specialties of florentine cuisine and typical tuscan dishes, including tortelli del Mugello, pappa al pomodoro, bistecca alla fiorentina, and cantucci with vinsanto. Local produce from the farm and home-produced olive oil are used in the preparation of the dishes.
